Sophie Wakelin Reflexology

Sophie Wakelin is a clinical reflexologist based in Ashford. She holds an OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Applied Reflexology for Integrated Medicine, studied at Wye Reflexology Academy.

Sophie specialises in Duopody reflexology, where both feet (or both hands) are worked at the same time. She also uses the NEPIP technique, which focuses on the nervous, endocrine, limbic and immune systems to target stress, and the CALM technique, which is also suited to palliative care.

Treatments take place in her own treatment room, 'The Zen Den', with free parking. A first appointment includes a full consultation and lasts 90 minutes. Gift vouchers are available for all treatment types.
