On Saturday, 22 August 2026, Tenterden Town Station will buzz with excitement as it hosts a Model Railway Exhibition, an event that promises to captivate both enthusiasts and families alike. The exhibition will be open from 10am to 4pm, showcasing a wide variety of model railway layouts displayed in a spacious marquee set up on the grounds of the historic Kent & East Sussex Railway.

This event is part of a series of fundraising initiatives organised throughout the year to support the railway, which has become an integral part of Tenterden's community and heritage.

Model railway enthusiasts will have the opportunity to admire a range of layouts, from intricate miniature landscapes to detailed representations of famous railways.
